Hello everyone I’m Mal, a Licensed Esthetician based in Whittier, Ca. I’ve been licensed for 6 years and worked as a medical assistant in a dermatologist office for 2 years before going solo. I wanted to create a safe space that specializes in Custom Facials with a holistic + corrective approach. You will receive a text or email within 24 hours to confirm your request or to provide alternative time options. Keep in mind I am closed Sunday and Monday and my latest appointment is 6:00 pm. ❣️Please note: This is a request for an appointment and does not guarantee your desired time slot. All appointment requests must be approved by SBM. 💵 DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT: Once Approved, a $50 deposit is required via Zelle or Apple Pay to (562) 556-4030, under the name Malani Skin LLC. If deposit is not received within 24 hours, the time slot request will be denied. Deposits will be credited towards your total and remaining balance can be paid Cash (preferred) , Apple Pay, or All major Credit / Debit accepted with a 3.5% tax fee. ALL PURCHASES INCLUDING RETAIL AND GIFTCARDS ARE NON REFUNDABLE ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Cancellation Policy

🚨 BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICIES Please take a moment to review SBM’s booking policies before scheduling your appointment. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to the policies below. ❣️DEPOSIT A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The deposit will be applied toward your service total. ❣️CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of your $50 deposit. A new $50 deposit will be required to book another appointment. If you do not have a deposit on file, a $50 cancellation fee must be paid before you can rebook. Deposits may be transferred ONE TIME ONLY when an appointment is rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Any additional rescheduling will require a new $50 deposit, and the original deposit will be forfeited. ❣️SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS Same-day cancellations will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. This fee must be paid in full before booking any future appointment. A new $50 deposit will also be required to secure your next appointment. The cancellation fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied toward your rescheduled service. ❣️LATE ARRIVALS A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arriving late will shorten your treatment time, as appointments will still end at the originally scheduled time. Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may be considered a no-show. Your appointment may be canceled, your deposit forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. ❣️NO-SHOWS Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a NO-SHOW. NO-SHOW CLIENTS WILL BE BLOCKED FROM BOOKING FUTURE SERVICES AT SBM FACIAL STUDIO. PLEASE NOTE Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments prevent another client from having the opportunity to book that time. These policies are in place to protect reserved appointment times and allow SBM to provide the best experience possible for every client.
